What are my shipping options?
We ship within the US via USPS. Shipping is free for all order over $50! Order under $50 are only $5 for flat rate shipping! 

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, you are responsible for return shipping fees. We do not offer free returns at this time.

What are your general sizes?
Sizes vary between manufacturers, but generally a small is size 0-4, medium is 4-6, and large is 6-8.

Our social media is updated with daily deals, sales, contests, and more. Sign up for our newsletter (bottom of contact or home page) and receive updates on everything Dani Nicole!

May I cancel or change my order?
We are able to cancel an order only if it has not already been fulfilled and shipped out. If you wish to cancel a previously placed order, please email our customer service department (info@daninicoleboutique.com) to see if it is not too late to cancel. In the event that the order cannot be cancelled, you are able to return the order for store credit (less shipping cost). ALL returns must be postmarked within 14 days of order date. 

I just placed two orders, will you combine them?
Orders can be combined ONLY if the orders in question have not yet been fulfilled and shipped. To check the status of your order and inquire about combining orders, please email our customer service deparment (info@daninicoleboutique.com) and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Why is my order delayed?
Once an order ships from our warehouse via USPS we do not have control over the delivery time. We process orders as soon as possible (3-5 days) from our warehouse. However, on rare occasions, such as a holiday, it may take between 5-7 days to ship out.

How do I make a return?

You can contact Dani Nicole Boutique online customer service (info@daninicoleboutique.com) between 8am and 5pm CST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
